The American remake of the Japanese horror film "Chakushin Ari" (2003), where people start receiving voice-mails from their future selves, messages which include the date, time, and some of the details of their deaths, required the use of many modified cell phones. Most were modified to display blank screens for keying pourposes and to remain continually backlit while open. In addition to the cell phones, a miniature baby carriage was built to replicate a full size version. Look for this film in theatres Janurary 4th, 2008.
