The build out of the Cartoon Network Store was an exciting push of creativity and craftsmanship. The store can be found at the CNN center in Atlanta, GA. My involvement was to produce the 3D computer models of the 2D designed buildings. Using these drawings to then produced files and parts from the CNC machine. Finally handing the parts off with detailed working drawings of their assembly. I also produced the special items that dressed 'Dexter's Lab'. The wrench is an item kids can actually play with producing a clicking noise while they rotate it. The "don't push" button is also an interactive piece playing different sounds from 'Dexter's Lab' every time they push it while causing lights to move and flash. |
